Senior Consultant
About Visigon

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Clearing & Collateral to join our growing team. You will work directly with our clients to design, implement, and optimise clearing and collateral workflows on the Calypso platform.
This is a high-impact role where you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex post-trade requirements into concrete solutions and driving delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the subject matter expert on Clearing & Collateral processes, including margin management, collateral allocation, and settlement
- Leading and supporting Calypso implementations and configurations within the clearing and collateral domain
- Engaging with client stakeholders across front office, risk, operations, and finance to gather and define requirements
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and working closely with development teams to ensure accurate delivery
- Supporting Eurex clearing connectivity including trade eligibility, clearing submissions, and CCP communication
- Investigating and resolving post-trade issues such as margin disputes, reconciliation breaks, and failed submissions
- Contributing to continuous improvement of client post-trade processes, with a focus on automation, transparency, and risk reduction
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience working within capital markets, with hands-on expertise in clearing and collateral
- Strong knowledge of Eurex clearing processes and CCP connectivity
- Experience with the Calypso platform is a significant advantage
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating across teams and client organisations
- Fluent in English written and spoken. Additional Nordic languages are a significant advantage

Senior & junior technical analysts
As a Technology Consultant at Visigon, you will spend most of your time working with customers on projects. You will work closely with the customer’s business and IT activities with a focus on implementing, developing and maintaining system within Capital Markets.
Responsibilities
- Software design and realization. Translation of business case into a detailed technical design
- Analyze, design and develop large integrated IT solutions
- In-depth, hands-on involvement directly with customers implementing capital market systems
- Train users and customer developers on the basic use of the system, particularly with the technical setup
- Configure standard solutions, build interfaces between systems and testing the quality
Experience – depending on your seniority, we expect some or all the bullets below:
- Overall experience of 2 to 4 years of experience, preferable in the Capital Markets industry

As a Project Manager at Visigon, you will spend most of your time working with customers on projects. You will work closely with the customer’s business and IT activities with a focus on managing and implementing projects within Capital Markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead client projects through all phases from initiation, execution as well as ensuring a smooth hand-over to the client
- Build strong and efficient project teams

Role Description
To meet the needs driven by the ongoing post-trade harmonization in the Nordics (T2S, T+1), we are now looking for a post-trade specialist who will join us and work with our clients based in Stockholm. The specialist will support our clients on assignments on their ongoing post-trade projects by adding expertise in areas like clearing, settlement, corporate actions, custody operations or asset servicing.
To succeed in this role, you are a curious and analytical person who enjoy working in and actively contribute to a positive and engaging work environment. Work independently while being a strong team-player and take personal responsibility. On the assignments, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help manage the project success and align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in post trade operations from the financial sector, or business consultant companies.
- Worked with post-trade processes such as settlement, clearing, corporate actions, or securities transfers
- Knowledge of financial instruments and straight through processing and transaction reporting
- Experience in custody operations or asset servicing is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build positive relationships and resolve customer issues
- Experience working with back-office systems like AbaSec, Cross Key Solution, Calypso or similar systems is considered an advantage
